Many thanks for your kind reply to our review of your hotel dated 16 March 2010 on TripAdvisor which was entered under the name Kernowes. We greatly appreciate your kind gesture. I did try to reply to your message via the TripAdvisor website, but unfortunately the gremlins got in and my message got sent before I could write you anything and when I tried again the messaging service would not work!!

It was my husband Mel's and my first visit to Cyprus and we thoroughly enjoyed our week at your hotel. We stayed in Room 217 from 7 - 14 March 2010. We were only too happy to give your hotel a positive review, as we had a really good time and could only praise your hotel. In our opinion, many of the extremely negative reviews on your hotel on TripAdvisor are totally unfair and unjustified. One really does wonder about the people who write them, their life style at home and their kind of diet!

I would just like to say if I may how much I enjoyed staying at you hotel. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming I really enjoyed my stay it is just a shame I had to come back. I will be planning my next visit to Cyprus next November and will no doubt love to stay in the Agapinor hotel again. I was very impressed by the level of service that I received from all of the staff at the hotel. I really do look forward to returning to Cyprus next year. Comments for the Guest Book: Thank you for a wonderful stay; we loved the food - thank you Terry! Dear All,

My wife Helen and I recently (4/3/08-25/3/08) spent three unforgettable weeks in the Agapinor.

From the very first minute we entered the lobby and met Jac and then Hazel who gave us all the info re our stay, we were completely taken over by the whole ambiance of the hotel.

Every-body including our special waitress Sanguita and our special maid Anfisa did everything to make our stay a truly lovely holiday, AND to mark my 70th birthday I was flabbergasted on that day to find that a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine was placed in our room for me by the management.

What a very nice gesture, and so unexpected.

As he was ALWAYS around Jack was obviously the key to everything that anybody required and we wish him well in his marriage and prosperity in his life.

Because of the excellent food and the atmosphere in the hotel, to say nothing of our room, overlooking the pool and right down to the sea, the castle and the tops of the masts in the harbour, we were overjoyed with our holiday and would hope to return one day.

I am sending this e-mail to thank all the staff at the Agapinor Hotel for making our holiday such a pleasure. Excellent room service, reception service, bar service and superb dining, our compliments to the chef and his staff. When my wife fainted in restaurant the speed of response was breath taking, the doctor was there as my wife was coming round. " I think within ten minutes". This is a superb response, had it been a life threatening problem a customers life could be saved by such a response. The kindness of the staff afterwards is a credit to the hotel. For a three star hotel it has five star staff.

I would hope to return in the future and will certainly recommend the Agapinor Hotel to all my contacts coming to Cyprus.
