In view of the present high Demand for
Secure and Luxurious Long term Accommodation for all
ages (especially for the over 55’s), we are pleased to announce
a new concept of services especially prepared for
this demanding market.
Each long-term room is furnished to the highest
possible standards with
full
air-conditioning and central heating for the winter
months, an en-suite bathroom, shaving sockets,
hair dryers, room safes, 20" colour TV with many
English satellite channels, direct dial telephone,
and a
private balcony
offering incredible sea or town views of the local
scenery.
Dietary requirements,
Medical care and Care Accommodation can also be
arranged privately with the Hotel. Please feel free
to discuss any special requirements and a quotation
will be arranged.
The
Hotel is fully staffed with all departments
operating and there is a Doctor on call 24 hours.

Studios have a small Kitchenette unit with Sink,
Drainer, Electric Hob with 2 Rings, Fridge &
Cupboard.

- Taxes, Electricity, Water, A/C, TV/ Satellite,
Swimming Pool, 24 hour Reception & Cleaning.
Prices for Minimum stays of 2 months up to the
31st March 2007 for completed stays, FROM CY
£13.50 daily per person for two persons sharing,
including BREAKFAST & Choice of LUNCH OR DINNER,
OR FROM CY £19.50 daily for a single person.

Twin Room Town
View (2 Adults Sharing) with all facilities,
offered on Half Board basis, which includes
English Buffet Breakfast and choice of Lunch OR
Dinner daily is at the Rate of CY £16.50 per
person per night, applicable to minimum stays of
60 nights and over.
All charges are payable monthly in advance and
include all service charges and local and Government
taxes.

Full Board
incentive option is available at a daily
supplement of, CY £3.00 per person daily, which
is to include daily lunch.

Sea View rooms are offered at a supplement of
CY £2.50 per person daily.
